   I got very painful PIP after using this and lasted for more than a week. I split the dose in half and when I used it for the second time I warm massaged the injected area but still got very bad PIP. currently in quite a lot of pain and local swelling from both injected places. Never buying this again.

     Sounds like an allergic reaction to MCT oil.
     Have you used this oil before?
