Shipping

 SHIPPING INFORMATION:

  • Free UK postage on the orders above of £50 and above or a flat rate fee of 3.99 per order.
  • Free International postage on orders above £100
  • We can not be held accountable if incorrect or insufficient shipping information was provided. Be sure there are no Typing Errors..
  • Once your order is confirmed you CAN NOT change or request for it to be shipped to a different address
  • All our products and parcels are sent discreetly worldwide. Every product and parcel is handled with extra care and will not contain any unnecessary information like invoice or our company details. All items are packed and silenced accordingly. The size of the parcel will not exceed the size of the actual content to avoid unnecessary attention.
  • All domestic orders are sent by a First Class Signed service and normally takes 1-3 working days to be delivered OR by a Special Next Day delivery.
  • International Orders are sent with the tracked delivery and normally takes up to maximum of 10 days to be delivered, but it may be longer depending on postal service provider.  If the order is seized by the customs, we will reship an order once again free of charge to a new name and different address, however we will require the customer to provide us with a copy of customs seizure letter/notice, without this we will not be able to reship under any circumstances. Please note, we only reship once and only the products that are mentioned in the notice/letter. Also please note, we do not reship HGH (Human Growth Hormone).
  • We DO NOT reship to Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Norway, Ireland, South Korea.  All order are shipped with slow mail (non recorded, no tracking, but proof of posting will be provided)
  • We will NOT reship any orders sent out with a slow mail service.

DISPATCH / ESTIMATED TIMESCALES:

  • We try our best to dispatch your orders the same day after payment has been received.  Orders are getting shipped daily  apart from Sunday.
